I usually enjoy ordering the 10-piece bucket from KFC as it comes with a good mix of pieces. But this time, I received 7 drumsticks and only 3 small pieces, which was very unbalanced and disappointing. This has never happened before, so I believe it was carelessness by the staff. I hope KFC pays closer attention to its franchises to ensure consistency.
