I wasn’t sure if the cafe was open when approaching. It’s a bit tired and the floor inside was really dirty with food debris. I had high hopes for the tea because there were some nice sounding options but really disappointed that it was just Twinings tea bags. The cheesecake was nice, if a little overpriced for what it was. Cute little pastry fork. There are some nice details and some less so. A little time and investment would help.

Poke Bowl Tokoko nearby and Moana Poke that locates next to John Lewis are the main rival of Hanami. All of them have Poke bowls available. As a reminder, if you want your poke bowl to have burdock root, wakame, avocado, kimchi or mango, you have to add extra for them. While the sides of Tokoko and Moana are default, that including wakame. Hanami costs slightly extra, does it give a big difference to its rivals? To me they are pretty much similar, just depends on your budget. And you have the time to wait for your order. I guess it got such good rating because the staff(I assumed she is the owner), she worked very hard to impress. People would feel guilty to give the restaurant a poor rating. Unfortunately the promised 10 minutes wait become an hour's waiting for the staff to take our order. As it was so busy. But the weather was helping Hanami. The bad weather trapped the customers sitting and waiting until being served. Waiting would be long in Hanami. I suggest you keep an eye on your parking time!
