They won't do a custom half-and-half pizza because "they have an Italian chef." Bro, it's a Naples pizza place for families, not Costes. They also won't serve tap water, first because "they don't have tap water," then, when I asked if they literally have no taps in the restaurant, because of "management's orders." We settled on sparkling water. Then, out of nowhere, the waiter brought a glass of still water too, announced "it's our own water, hope you'll like it," and slammed it on the table. The slam pretty much undercut his claim. I still doubt it's "their own water." Probably they have a filter—cool, but not exactly brag-worthy, and definitely not worth charging for. Or maybe they're burning hydrogen in the back, which would be genuinely impressive, but I'm not holding my breath.
