A kovászos kenyér fantasztikus, ruganyos és ugyanakkor könnyű. Kívül ropog, belül rugalmas. Az íze tökéletes, mély, gazdag és enyhén joghurtos ízvilág. A kifli is kívül ropog, beleharapok és érzem a rétegeket és a minőséget, mintha otthon sült volna. A presszó kávé amit ittam, az igazi olasz kávéra emlékeztetett. Nem sötét pörkölésű, ezért ki tudnak bontakozni a különböző aromák. Csokoládé és enyhén cseresznyés ízvilág.

Ezek után már nagyon nehéz jó kenyeret enni máshol :) és a morcos nénik sem morcosak, csak egy mosolyba kerül ;)
