Came here as I was near the Parliament in Budapest around 10:30ish it was already open and no people yet as it was early. Great beef soup and pho noodles..yummy

Very nice pho! A bit missing in herbs and garnishes, but the broth is great, the meat is good, the noodles are fine too. The place is a bit run down, especially outside, and the service is... well, as you might get in Vietnam ;) not very attentive or proactive, but pleasant enough. All in all, a good pho place for sure!
