The name "New Italy" was well-deserved by the restaurant. The owner wanted to showcase a unique combination of traditional Mediterranean cuisine with Hungarian national dishes.

The interior of Pomo D'Oro features a lot of stone, wood, high vaulted ceilings, and a huge fireplace in the middle of the main hall. The most beloved dish among both the chef and the patrons is the wood-fired oven pizza, and a well-done steak with sauce.

Abbiamo mangiato molto bene in questo ristorante. Non abbiamo provato la pizza ma le portate di pesce come le cozze e la pasta con cozze, vongole e pistacchio erano ottime tant'è che siamo tornati una seconda volta a mangiare qui. Servizio attento e gradevole. Ottima scelta di vini, anche al calice. Locale molto curato e pulito, lo consiglio assolutamente.
