About

The Ethnographic Museum in Szentendre is located under the open Hungarian sky and is considered the largest not only in the country but also in Europe. The peasant houses and outbuildings gathered here, after thorough reconstruction, display the simple and unpretentious everyday life of the people from a side not covered in history textbooks.

The Ethnographic Museum is divided into eight different thematic zones, each describing life in a different region of Hungary. Today, exactly 247 buildings are available for viewing. Besides, the museum offers visitors the chance to learn and practice making soap, crafting clay pottery, and even winemaking. National holidays are celebrated here, with Easter and Christmas being observed annually.

Nagyon tartalmas időutazás! Szuper volt! 3-4 nap kell, hogy mindent megnézhess!

Bár a kutyásokat is szívesen várják, igazából csak megtűrik őket.
