Unforgettable I went to eat at Entropy with my girlfriend who is vegetarian, a wonderful location both for the restaurant design and the possibility of visiting the outdoor garden rich in history and a monument of Brussels. The service was perfect, the team is really kind and helpful, I really liked the non-alcoholic pairing offered, the dishes were an explosion of flavors, one after the other, incredible, I will definitely be back, I had a really good time. Thank you so much for the beautiful dinner

Parfait de bout en bout. La soirée a commencé par une visite inattendue d’un trésor caché de Bruxelles: à l’arrière du restaurant, on a pu découvrir le dernier tronçon visible de la Senne et un très beau jardin de plantes aromatiques utilisées dans la cuisine du chef. Puis le repas a dépassé nos attentes. Cuisine végétarienne et végane d’une richesse aromatique et d’une inventivité rare. Les accords avec et sans alcool n’ont cessé de nous surprendre. Les personnes en salle étaient particulièrement attentionnées, rendant la soirée des plus agréables. Nous recommandons sans hésiter. Adrien et Sophie

Superbe soirée, on en prend plein les papilles et le cœur. Une assiette végétale, locale et de saison pleine de relief et de saveurs, accord avec boissons non alcoolisées (la plupart fermentées) bombastique. Tout ça mis en valeur par un cadre hyper charmant et un accueil aux petits soins. Bravo l’équipe, longue vie à Entropy et hearth project!
