A truly fantastic Barista, coffee bean and latte art training course with Anderson from Wolfox Roastery. Ander was hugely generous with his time and knowledge, making the course personable, informative and great fun. A really special way to spend time with a friend while learning a new skill. We enjoyed understanding more about coffee regions, beans, roasting, grinding, measuring, preparing, pouring and the challenge task of heating milk for great latte art. Much practise needed for the ideal finish to a cappuccino and we are most grateful to Ander and indeed his colleague Timo for their time, dedication, wisdom and enthusiasm. Easy to recommend a trip to one of the Wolfox cafes and a barista course with Ander.

Absolutely outstanding service and attentive waiters. English breakfast from locally sourced ingredients tasted absolutely outside of this country it was that good; sausages make a breakfast and that sausage was quite a sausage. Bacon well cooked and plates well presented. If you’re there also get a croissant with butter and home made jam. However as a honest reviewer, the bubble and squeak was off it. It didn’t taste nice, not crispy or big enough of a portion enough Overall delightful experience in my short stay in Brighton!
