Sadly in the past year service has gone bad, I had to walk out once without getting my drink(that I paid for) as it was that bad.

UPDATE: Another chain coffee shop has opened opposite and is just so much better **************************************************** Rapid decline in standards and service. Twice have been shorted/ripped off by staff by not giving the right amount of coffee or filling a cup to the brim with ice recently Should report them to trading staffs as it’s stealing Impossible to use the loo without asking and staff members actively avoid interacting with you
