Just wanted to give a big shoutout to the amazing staff at this branch! I ordered a pretty complicated drink — they recently launched a new one called UBE BRÛLÉE, but I asked if they could add Matcha to it… and they made it happen! Huge thanks to the barista who crafted my delicious drink, the manager, and the team member at the till — all of whom were super helpful and accommodating. I’ve been craving Ube for so long, and I’m genuinely thrilled that Pret A Manger is embracing flavors that celebrate my Filipino culture. Whoever came up with this Ube drink idea — thank you! It’s absolutely yum. (Also, here’s a pic of my drink… well, what’s left of it — I pretty much inhaled it the moment I got it. 😂)
