*UPDATE* Still ordering from them several years later, quality service has not changed. Most venues/restaraunts in this category (for example your local kebab shop) are dire in quality, always get things wrong and run late on deliveries. I have to say this is not the case for pizza knight, on only 1 occasion did I have a delivery go wrong in the **2 YEARS** that I have been ordering from here and the only problem there was food running around half an hour late. Yes when you call up they are very to the point and firm but this is the service you pay for when going for low budget food. Often whoever is answering happens to be a manager on shift, shop owner or kitchen chef. They do not have time for extensive Customer Relationship Management. In regards to that, they are very good with special requests. I am a bit of a pain when it comes to special requests as I always request a specific batch of Dr pepper and I sometimes as them to call instead of ring the doorbell. I even one time gave them a handful of pennies and 2p's to pay for a £10 delivery. Every single time they have been very reasonable and happy with me (personally I would have been annoyed with the last incident). You cannot fault them whatsoever. Firstly understand you're ordering on dirt cheap and then take your perceptions from there.
