Three of us visited Nine Dragons and were blown away by the quality of the food and service. Every dish was beautifully prepared, bursting with authentic Japanese flavour, and the staff were attentive without being intrusive. The atmosphere is modern yet cozy, perfect for small groups. Easily one of Brighton’s best dining spots – highly recommended!
