Disappointed after hearing good things about the food but perhaps it was an off day - the fish dish was dry, boney, no flavour and also weird presentation (see pics) however I will try again, perhaps the pies or battered fish which I’ve heard are very good. Great vibes tho, community feel, staff great.

I had a great meal with my wife and daughter August Bank Holiday Sunday. My wife and daughter had fish and chips which they thought were great and I chose the pork roast dinner, which was really good. If you'd like to have a Sunday meal here I'd recommend booking as it can get quite busy. You can book through the pub's website.
