Ignore the barriers and piles of builders things - they're fixing up the outside I assume because there's no leaks on the inside that I could see. Adult lanes are generally (ish) first thing in the morning, an hour or so at midday and then the last hour of the day. Other swim sessions at other times, check online for details. A pool. For swimming. No hot yoga, no spin classes, no flume. Peaceful. Quiet.
