We had a wonderful dinner at Txirene. The dining room is hidden behind the Pintxo bar and is a nice space for a family meal. The full staff was especially nice and helpful. We had the Txangurro a la donostiarra al horno con Txakoli Munetaberri, which is a Basque crabmeat au gratin served in the shell, together with the Lubina a sal, a whole Lubina cooked in salt. Both were delicious and accompanied by a nice dry white Basque wine.
