Hoy hemos disfrutado del menú especial de Aste Nagusia en el restaurante Kondutxo, ubicado en el hotel Vincci Consulado de Bilbao. El local es precioso, con una ubicación inmejorable junto a la ría, lo que hace que la experiencia sea todavía más agradable. La comida estuvo muy bien: probé una ensalada fresca de bacalao con un aliño muy sabroso, unos raviolis rellenos de marisco con un caldo delicado, y de postre una tarta fría de queso con coulis de frutos rojos acompañada de helado, todo muy bien presentado y rico. El servicio fue muy atento y agradable durante toda la comida. En conjunto, una experiencia recomendable tanto por el entorno como por la calidad de la comida.

I had some bad restaurant experiences in Bilbao, but this made up for it. I’ve had a LOT of carpaccio in my day and this is tied for first if not the best I’ve ever had. The scallop dish I had was also well balanced and perfectly cooked. Lovely servers; 10/10
