Gluten-free test: passed! Sul lungo fiume di Bilbao, ristorante con molte opzioni senza glutine, ottimo cibo, servizio molto professionale. La miglior tarta de queso che abbiamo assaggiato durante il viaggio.

Un po' troppi errori nel servizio, arroz diverso da quello ordinato (per correttezza va anche detto che appena l'ho segnalato me lo hanno sostituito), vino servito con molta approssimazione bagnando tavolo e posate, tempi di attesa lunghi , avevamo chiesto la lista dei dolci ma dopo quindici minuti non era ancora arrivata quindi siamo andati a pagare, personale in generale poco sorridente (a parte una signora un po' più carina)

Main problem with this place is poor service. We've waited for the bill for 15 minutes, which is inexcusable because we asked for it three times. Restaurant was half-empty, so it wasn't a matter of it being crowded. The food is decent. I recommend making a reservation, because even though restaurant is huge and many tables are not occupied, they won't let you in without one.
