Espectacular, que gozada de sitio para disfrutar de la buenísima comida, de la amabilidad y del trato!!!. Qué detallistas para todo. Sitio ineludible para comer, grandísima experiencia!! Para repetir varias veces al año!!!

There is something special about sitting at the bar. You have a unique view to the choreography of the place. Here alone in Bilbao after a frustrating afternoon. Found a nice little joint close to the bus station called Kami Gastrobar. Few words with the guy infront and you don’t feel alone, always with a smile for every customer. They do some thing a little different here, smoked vermouth, yes please. Gilda I’m not convinced, not bad but a traditional Gilda is already as good as it gets, it’s all about the product as they say around here. Back to my initial topic sitting in the bar. It was long due to try and write about food again. And when I say again I mean try another time to complete the monumental misión of trying to put my typing where my mouth is. Some days keeping conversation to a minimum it’s wonderful. A bartender with a smile and a perfect reading of the room. Txistorra ahumada con vizcaína Smoke show aside a balanced and beautiful toast with chistorra strong flavors that go exceptionally well. Codillo with red peppers OMG I didn’t know I had a new crush. And the viera with neuter blanc needs a chapter on its own. My only issue is I need more beurre blanc and bread. It brings back the question should I bath in beurre blanc? Now waiting for my bus to take me back into reality I have to be grateful of the vuelta mishap that led me to a great meal. To sum it up. Amazing petite place. Food is perfectly presented, a nice smile in the bar. Price is more than fair for what you get

MARAVILLOSO. Vine recomendada por un bilbaíno y no me defraudó. Los champiñones rellenos son DELICIOSOS y el resto de platos que probamos también lo estaban. El cariño y el esmero que pone el personal en cocinar y servir cada plato y bebida es digno de mencionar. Además son encantadores. Volveré en cuanto pise Bilbao.
