Restaurante destacado en hamburguesas caseras de carne excelente sin aditivos. Tienen platos de aquí y allá, calçots con romesco caserito y ahumado, cuando es temporada. Todo casero. Nos encanta su slow food, cocinado en kamado con carbón. Muy, muy buena música. Para repetir. El puchero de alubias con su compango, el corderito asado.. esos fueras de carta... Qué hambre.

Un piccolo gioiello di modernariato nel cuore della zona residenziale elegante di Bilbao. Il proprietario, molto gentile, è un ex maestro di sci e nel locale abbondano stemmi, racchette e sci, insieme a reperti degli anni 70 e 80. La cucina segue la regola del km 0. Hamburger e formaggi sono tutti della zona. Molto consigliato
