Wir haben im Darling einen wunderbaren Abend verbracht. Bereits bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir unglaublich herzlich begrüsst und während des gesamten Abends bestens umsorgt und beraten. Man fühlt sich wirklich super willkommen und spürt das Herzblut des gesamten Teams. Auch das Essen war sowohl geschmacklich wie auch fürs Auge wahnsinnig toll! Die Karte ist sehr vielseitig, bietet Bekanntes und auch neue Geschmäcker und Kombinationen, die überraschen. Das Ganze ist als Sharing-Konzept gedacht, wobei die teilweise schon sehr kleinen Portionen bei mehr als zwei Personen schwierig zum teilen sind. Auch wenn die Produkte eine sehr hohe Qualität haben und von der Region kommen, empfanden wir die Preise für die relativ kleinen Portionsgrössen als sehr hoch. Eine Burrata mit etwas Brombeersauce für 25 CHF (ohne Brot oder Beilage) ist doch eher ein stolzer Preis. Alles in allem dennoch ein sehr toller und vorallem leckerer Abend. Für einen speziellen Anlass können wir das Darling sicherlich empfehlen.
