Die Lokalität des Pusterum ist gemütlich und es herrscht eine lockere Atmosphäre. Das Personal war freundlich, wirkte aber etwas gelangweilt und desinteressiert an den Gästen. Die Speisekarte ist überschaubar, bietet aber äusserst interessante und innovative Gerichte, die im Sharing-Konzept serviert werden. Zu zweit haben wir uns für drei Gerichte entschieden und waren von allen mehr als nur begeistert! Die Kombinationen, Geschmäcker und Konsistenzen waren wirklich hervorragend ! Auch das Rugbrod welches wir dazu bestellt haben, ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Zuaten sind von hoher Qualität und die Preise wirklich absolut fair!

Wir waren zum Sonntagsbrunch dort und hatten den 3-Gänger Brunch bestellt. Unglaublich lecker! Die Gerichte waren gut abgestimmte Kreationen und liebevoll angerichtet. Auch der Kaffee schmeckte gut. Allerdings empfehle ich genügend Zeit einzuplanen und vorher zu reservieren - sie haben wirklich viele Gäste. Und die Musik dürfte ein wenig leiser sein; mit sprechenden Leuten plus Musik war es recht laut.

Sehr nette Bedienung, raffiniert kombinierte, glutenfreie Gerichte! Mein Favorit: Blumenkohl auf Criolla mit Hummus alles hausgemacht!
