Wir, das Team vom Hautzentrum/Aesthetik Burgdorf, hatten heute das Vergnügen, am Pizzaworkshop im Molino in Bern teilzunehmen – und es war einfach ein grossartiger Event. Die Atmosphäre war herzlich und locker, man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Der Kursleiter hat mit viel Leidenschaft und Humor erklärt, worauf es beim perfekten Pizzateig ankommt. Vom Kneten über das Ruhenlassen bis zum Auswallen – alles wurde Schritt für Schritt gezeigt und wir konnten gleich selber Hand anlegen. Besonders spannend war es zu sehen, wie kleine Tricks einen großen Unterschied machen. Natürlich durften wir auch unsere eigenen Pizzas belegen und im Ofen backen – und das Ergebnis war unglaublich lecker! 😍 Dazu gab es viele Tipps, wie man das Ganze auch zu Hause umsetzen kann. Alles in allem ein super Workshop: lehrreich, interaktiv, gemütlich und mit viel Genuss. Absolute Empfehlung für alle Pizza-Fans – ob Anfänger oder Hobbybäcker!
