Wir waren zu sechst im Moules Edy in Bern und hatten einen grossartigen Abend. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und schnell – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Zur Einstimmung gab es frisches, knuspriges Baguette mit Butter. Danach bestellten wir: • 1× Moules à la marinière mit Pommes • 2× Moules aux crevettes auf Nudelbett • 1× Moules provençale mit Pommes • 1× Moules piquantes mit Pommes • 1× Extra-Pommes Alle Muscheln waren sehr frisch, perfekt gegart und voller Geschmack – keine einzige schlechte dabei. Jede Sauce hatte ihren eigenen Charakter: klassisch-aromatisch, mediterran-tomatig, angenehm pikant oder mit Garnelen verfeinert. Die Pommes waren goldgelb, knusprig und wurden mit reichlich einzeln verpackten Mayo- und Ketchup-Portionen serviert. Portionen sind sehr grosszügig – die Muscheln werden auf einem Gitter mit Kerzen darunter serviert, sodass sie lange warm bleiben. Die Präsentation mit grossen Servierschalen, Fingerbowls und einem extra grossen Behälter am Tischrand für die leeren Muschelschalen macht das Essen besonders angenehm und ordentlich. Wer Muscheln liebt, ist hier genau richtig – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Merhaba, Google'dan buldum. Soslu midyeyi çok severim. Domates soslu midye sipariş verdim, yanında patates kızartması ve özel masada mum ısıtmalı olarak servis ediliyor. Sunumunu güzeldi, porsiyon da hayli doyurucu. Lezzetliydi ancak kremalı olanı denemek gerekiyor sanırım. Servis çok iyiydi, yeri hemen Bern Enstein müzesinin arkasında kalıyor. Isviçre'de değişik bir menü denemek isterseniz tavsiye ederim. Bu arada patatesleri midye sosuna katınca daha lezzetli oluyor. Küçük bir öneri.
