Located near the Aare River, the outdoor garden seating under the shady trees is absolutely beautiful — perfect for a relaxed meal in a peaceful setting. The food is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We especially enjoyed the brunch, which offered a generous variety of both sweet and savory dishes. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was cozy and inviting. It’s a great spot whether you’re a local or visiting Bern for the first time. The location, quality of food, and calm vibe make it a perfect place for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys good food in a scenic, relaxed environment. Wir haben den Silvesterabend im Restaurant Marzilibrücke gefeiert und uns für das Fonduefass entschieden. Es war ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Das kleine Holzfass mit liebevoller Dekoration bietet eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre, gemütlich und zugleich einzigartig. Ideal für einen festlichen Anlass wie den Jahreswechsel. Das 3-Gänge Menü war hervorragend zusammengestellt. Zum Start gab es einen frischen, knackigen Salat, danach das cremige und geschmackvolle Käsefondue mit reichlich Beilagen und zum Abschluss ein köstliches Dessert, das den Abend perfekt abgerundet hat. Dazu gab es eine passende Auswahl an Getränken und einen ausgezeichneten Wein. Der Service war großartig, aufmerksam und herzlich. Wir fühlten uns den ganzen Abend bestens umsorgt und willkommen. Trotz des vollen Hauses hatte das Team jederzeit ein Lächeln auf den Lippen und sorgte für eine entspannte und fröhliche Stimmung. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich auch die Lage des Restaurants direkt an der Aare. Schon beim Ankommen hat man ein schönes Ambiente und während des Abends konnten wir immer wieder den Blick nach draußen genießen, was den Abend noch besonderer gemacht hat. Alles in allem war unser Silvester im Fonduefass ein Highlight und ein perfekter Start ins neue Jahr. Das Restaurant Marzilibrücke ist ein Ort, den ich jedem nur empfehlen kann, der eine Kombination aus hervorragendem Essen, außergewöhnlicher Atmosphäre und herzlichstem Service sucht. Wir kommen garantiert wieder.
