Wir haben Vegan bestellt statt vegetarisch. Knolle… Vegetarisch war schön pink dekoriert mit Randensauce. Für Vegan wurde es einfach weggelassen- ohne Sauce. Vegan heisst nicht weglassen- sondern ERSATZ.

Ich esse gerne dort zu Mittag, eine überschaubare Karte mit leckeren Menus. Ich bin nicht vegan, gehe aber manchmal mit Freunden dort hin, die vegan sind, es ist nichts deklariert, aber sie konnten es einrichten. Wäre cool wenn es immer ein veganes Menu geben würde.
