Bin absolut begeistert! Schon beim Betreten duftet es herrlich nach frisch gebackenem Brot – ein echtes Erlebnis für alle Sinne. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Sauerteigbrot: außen wunderbar knusprig, innen saftig, mit einer kräftigen, aber ausgewogenen Säure – genau so, wie es sein sollte. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit viel Zeit, Geduld und echter Handwerkskunst gearbeitet wird.
