Herrlich gelegene kleine Bäckerei spezialisiert auf Sauerteig. Gutes braucht Zeit. Dieser Slogan stimmt absolut! Das Brot ist in der Tat vorzüglich und auch das Ambiente mit Einblick in die Backstube hinten ist einzigartig. Über Mittag kann man hier kleine Snacks essen und draussen auf der Sonnenseite, den Spatzen zuschauen, wie sie die Brosamen und Brotreste vom Boden picken. Selbst die kleinen Vögel haben Freude. Was für eine schöne Stimmung hier!
