Great drinks on top of a skyscraper. If you got good weather the view is just amazing! Kids can enjoy the view over the train traffic of Bern ;) plus there's some "kinder syrup" available. A person at the ground floor will guide you to the elevator as it's forbidden to stop in the other floors. The rest of the building is a retirement home.
