Myself and a friend called in on Thursday evening round 7pm ,the staff member was tidying up one area the chairs where getting put down very noisey and very loud putting tables together. Her attitude towards the customers wasn't very nice she didn't seem to want anyone in the coffee shop. Some women and her daughter was asked to move to another table. The music was very loud could hardly hear yourself talk. Was our first time there and will be our last. Definitely needs more training in customer service.

I popped in for a drink, all the staff were busy arguing with each other to notice us waiting to be served. They glanced in our direction, and continued to argue. Unprofessional.
