The Jane Austen afternoon tea was an absolutely lovely experience. To sit down, with live music, and enjoy the atmosphere of her novels was absolutely priceless. Also, the Jane Austen blend was absolutely delicious, and it's coming from someone who doesn't like tea (on that note, you can get filtered coffee or other hot beverages if you don't like tea!). As a tip, try, if you can, to not get seated next to the Roman fountain. The view is very pretty, but tourists come and go freely, so it can be a bit distracting if you want a calming and relaxing experience. Also, props to the staff for being patient and very kind with us, since it was our first afternoon tea experience and we were quite out of our depth.
