I often come with my flatmates to Itsu particularly to make the most of its special half price from 20:30 offer (perfect for us students trying to save but still wanting a nice treat). I’ve got to say Isabel, who has been working a few times we’ve come in to order including yesterday, may be the loveliest employee in hospitality I’ve ever come across. She is friendly, accommodating and professional meanwhile the food we’ve had (even though it’s often at the end of the day) tastes fresh with good sized portions. Highly recommend!
