Came here on a lunchtime while visiting Bath - we only wanted something light. My mother had to send her beetroot salad back to the kitchen due to it literally swimming in balsamic dressing so much so, it was inedible. I ordered a halloumi sandwich but in all my life I have never had to season halloumi, the sandwich tasted charred like the bun had been left on the grill too long to toast. Best thing we ate were the fries! The service was great and they accommodated the mistakes and the atmosphere was great too. But I think they need to get the food to match the ambience. They did remake my mother’s salad and put the dressing on the side which was helpful.
