Stayed in the hotel and I think 3 stars would be fair for this experience, although some things such as the heat we are experiencing and the sheer warmth of the room cannot really be controlled without AC, albeit only 1 fan was supplied meaning the room was uncomfortably hot to say the least. The decor is very tasteful, the Roberts radio was a nice touch in the room. The bed was large and comfortable. The shower was spacious and the supplied shower gel/shampoo were very nice. However, the hotel is showing some signs of wear and tear, becoming a bit rough around the edges and some maintenance that probably needs addressing. The notable absence of a fridge in the room also was not ideal, as there was no milk supplied for the coffee/tea facility. Overall I was happy to have stayed at Broad St Townhouse, but I’d be unlikely to stay again and explore other options when visiting Bath in the future.

Sehr schönes Zimmer. Super Service und Frühstück. Tiefgarage ist 3 min zu Fuß entfernt. Leider extrem laut da wir zur Straße raus lagen. Bis 3 Uhr war an Schlaf nicht zu denken.

A fabulous place to stay. The staff were excellent even offered us a drink to take with us when we left. The room was amazing and breakfast of a great quality. This place exceeded my expectations
