Four of us visited The Globe for a late Sunday lunch as the pub we were booked into cancelled us. It was the first time I have been back for about 4 years. The first thing to note is the impressive refit that really makes The Globe stand out. We were lucky to get a table as the whole pub was full of customers. There was a great atmosphere. The staff could not have been more helpful to us and the other diners. We ordered two beef, one pork and one vegetarian Sunday roast dinner. We also ordered three sides of mash, cauliflower cheese and pigs in blankets. All the dishes were presented well and smelt delicious. Each element was perfectly cooked and all four of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals. I would highly recommend The Globe for a most excellent Sunday roast.

Came for a roast and thoroughly enjoyed. The food was amazing and our lovely waitress, Ava, was brilliant. Nothing was too much for her. Will be returning!
