We had the best experience here out of all the Cheesecake Factory locations we've visited (including Beijing, Shanghai, and the US). The wait time was short, the food was incredibly delicious, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service. Piya, the manager, is without a doubt one of the friendliest and hardest-working people we've met. She made sure every guest was treated with care, and her team clearly follows her lead. Everyone was courteous, attentive, and greeted us with smiles. We were even asked about food allergies, which meant a lot to us since that's something important in our family. It showed attention and professionalism. I highly recommend a visit and can’t wait to go back! 🤩
