As guests at the Waldorf Astoria Bangkok, my wife and I look forward to our daily breakfasts at The Brasserie. And it starts with a cheerfully pleasant Khun Jah who shows us to our table and after just two consecutive visits there, addresses us by our names. We reciprocated and learnt her name too. She’s a gem. Khun May the Brasserie Manager n her super team members including Khun Pupae are all sincerely warm, kind, pleasant n hospitable. And they anticipate our needs n provide fruits n other items without our asking for them. How wonderful is that? Aside from the excellent team of service staff there, we’re also spoilt by the vast array of food and beverage choices. And my fave tea brand, Mariage Frères. What a pleasant way to start the day.
