日本人のその道一筋の寿司職人が2人在籍、赤酢の寿司店です。コスパのすごさ、とても良心的な価格の高級店なので、リピーダーさんも多いです。素晴らしい地域に密着したお店です。高級店ではおまかせ寿司は4000～1万が主流のなか、お寿司だけのカジュアルコースは1500B、通常は2500B、プレミアムでも3500Bという涙ぐましい細部にわたるプロだから出来るコントロールをされてるお店です。また、日本人のその道のベテランの職人2人がきりもりし、妥協のない自信をもっておすすめすべき実力店舗です。タニヤの一等地、サラデーン駅前、タニヤ通の入口に位置し、業態変更前を含めれば、長きにわたり地域に信用信頼され続けているお店です。メニューはアラカルトも豊富で、タイ人や観光の外国人にも喜んで頂ける豊富で幅広いラインナップがあり、日本料理として外れないこだわりがしっかりあります。日本の素材へのこだわりは当然ながら、季節やその時期にしか入らいない日本の食材も定期的にといりれています。また、お酒のコーディネート力、知識も素晴らしく、日本酒、焼酎、ワイン、他、すべてにおいてこだわっています。種類も豊富さはなかなか無いレベルだと言えます。高級で素晴らしいはあたりまえ、数々のグルメ評論家も認める企業努力が際立つ実力店です。職人さんのお人柄ももちろん最高です！
