The crispy fried oysters, with their crispy egg skin and tender, large oysters, created a unique texture, with a fragrant egg and soft oysters. The soft fried oysters, with their soft egg and cornstarch forming a tender omelet, also had a unique flavor when paired with fresh oysters. The overall meal was delicious and well worth trying.
