Very classic western cruise and tasty dishes, with a high-quality ingredient that perfectly cooked! Salmon and beef temperature are both wonderfully on point. Cure smoke salmon salad is very citrusy to pair with a main dish. Very fresh and light! Sightly costly but totally worth the price. Highly recommend for special occasion or family dining:)
