Babashuk is a gem. Easily one of the best Mediterranean and Middle Eastern spots I’ve found anywhere — not just in Bangkok. The hummus is next level. Creamy, balanced, deeply flavorful. I’ve traveled all over the Middle East, eaten at the classics in Tel Aviv, and this hummus holds its own with the best of them. The ingredients are fresh and the food is always made with care. You can feel how much love goes into every plate. I’ve been back again and again, and it’s flawless every single time.
