Ne Shifu in Antwerpen – Kleine Küche, großer Geschmack Ein echter Geheimtipp für Liebhaber authentischer chinesischer Küche: Ne Shifu in Antwerpen überzeugt mit frisch zubereiteten Gerichten, hochwertigen Zutaten und einer familiären Atmosphäre. Wir hatten zwei Hauptgerichte – zum einen die Garnelenpfanne mit Gemüse im Eisenwok, wunderbar würzig und aromatisch, vielleicht leicht ölig, aber geschmacklich auf den Punkt. Zum anderen den Fried Rice mit Rindfleisch, der ebenfalls sehr gut gewürzt und rundum gelungen war. Das Restaurant ist klein, mit nur wenigen Sitzplätzen und entsprechend beengt – doch genau das macht auch seinen Charme aus. Die Atmosphäre ist gemütlich und persönlich, fast wie bei Freunden zu Hause. Die Bedienung war ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam, was das ganze Erlebnis zusätzlich abgerundet hat. Wichtig: Aufgrund der begrenzten Plätze sollte man unbedingt vorher reservieren – Ne Shifu ist zu Recht sehr gefragt. Fazit: Wer authentisch chinesisch essen möchte, frisch und mit viel Geschmack, wird hier garantiert fündig. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!
