Geweldig! De medewerkers zijn heel vriendelijk. Wij hadden twee matcha's besteld. Heerlijk! Ze waren ook snel bij ons.

Nach einem gemütlichen Rundgang durch Antwerpen wollten wir uns auf dem Rückweg in die Unterkunft noch eine echte belgische Waffel können. Dazu kehrten wir in das Kafeino Antwerpen ein. Wir wählten eine Waffel mit Nutella und eine mit Whipped Creme mit 2 schwarzen Tee (Earl Grey). Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass die bis dahin guten Erfahrungen aus Brüssel und Dinant mit Waffelhäusern hier nicht erfüllt wurden. Der Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich und bemüht, scheiterte aber vermutlich an den zur Verfügung gestellten Hilfsmitteln. Denn die fertigen Waffeln wurden in das Eisen zurückgesteckt und damit erwärmt. Im Ergebnis waren diese leider eher trocken und dröge. Insgesamt hat der Mitarbeiter sehr überfordert gewirkt, da er allein in dem Lokal war. Das ist bei dem vorgestellten Konzept jedoch nicht zielführend und verursacht diese Fehler, die mit mehr Personaleinsatz korrigiert werden können. Am Mitarbeiter liegt dieser Fehler nicht.
