The restaurant is close to the museum, so we come directly after the visit. The burgers taste super good! Very juicy and tasteful. The staff here is also amazing. The dining environment is clean and beautiful, with riverside view outside the window. Highly recommend!

Ellis is one of my favority burgers in Belgium, but I am not happy with my burguer last week. The Bread, sauce and the mayo of the classic burger were changed. It is more acid now and the quality of the bread was beter. I hope this chage is not permanently.
