When we arrived it was busy, we waited 20 minutes to order and I asked a passing waiter if we can order: to which, he literally and aggressively yelled at me that he is busy and he will come later! I was quite upset, requested to talk to the manager; she apologized but I was expecting aplogies from the rude waiter or at least some gesture: it never came! We had to wait quite long for the food and when our food was ready, the same waiter took it to some table and when he discovered that it was ours, he just returned it to the kitchen! And told someone else to bring it. The other waiters were nice, polite, the food was good but this left a bit of a bitter taste.... it is the only meat restaurant in Antwerp, no competition! So I guess they will get away with it. Such a pity....
