We hebben een fantastische avond beleefd bij Dôme sur Mer. Het diner begon met een verfijnde degustatie van oesters en gerookte zalm - vers en perfect bereid. Het hoofdgerecht, een suggestie van zeeduivel, was een absolute voltreffer: perfect gegaard en geserveerd met een fantastische saus. Als afsluiter genoten we van een witte chocolade ganache met mokka en een dame blanche. Niet alleen het eten was uitmuntend, ook de bediening maakte indruk: vriendelijk, attent en professioneel. Kortom, een absolute aanrader - wij komen hier zeker terug!
