I had low expectations both in terms of flavor and spice level because Europe… But wow, this is legit. I’ve been to Thailand a dozen times and this is as good as it gets without being there. Pad krapow was just right, somtam was a kick in the face 😋 without even going “Thai spicy”, morning glory was fresh and crunchy. And they make tom yum from scratch with all the right aromatics so it’s spot-on. I’ll definitely be back.
