For food and atmosphere I would have given 4/5. But as I had agreed a price with the owner for a full meal incl coffee and dessert (which I decided not to take) and still the lady of the house charged me a little more, I have to reduce a star as it just doesn’t feel fair. I did not argue and paid as my Portuguese is pretty basic and I didn’t bring my phone to translate my complaint. I can only hope, next time better!
