Ordered the eggs benedict and it tasted absolutely amazing. Great atmosphere, spacious and cosy. Staff were very friendly, would definitely recommend this place and come back for more.

Heute Morgen musste es weitergehen. Wir hatten uns eigentlich für ein anderes Frühstückscafe entschieden, aber das Wetter macht uns einen Strich durch die Rechnung. Das war unser Glück. So sind wir spontan im Cafématic gelandet. Das Lokal ist von außen unscheinbar, man geht fast daran vorbei. Die inneren Werte… da spielt dieses Lokal in einer ganz anderen Liga. Das Lokal ist klein und barrierefrei. Die Auswahl ist reduziert, aber von ausgewählter Qualität und vor allem gibt es eine Auswahl an gesunden Optionen. Wir hatten das gegrillte Bananenbrot mit Obst und die Eier Florentine. Dazu schwarzen Tee, den besten Kaffee, den ich bisher in Belgien bekommen habe und 2 Gläser Orangensaft. Alles ein Gedicht. Leider haben wir dieses Lokal erst am Tag unserer Abreise entdeckt, sonst wären wir öfters dort zum frühstücken gewesen. Achtung, eventuell ist eine Sitzplatzreservierung nötig. Wir hatten echt Glück einen freien Platz zu bekommen. Das Cafematic ist so gut, dass lange Wartezeiten in Kauf genommen werden, im einen Platz zu ergattern.
