Dit fantastische restaurant brengt een ode aan de Frans-Belgische keuken. De kaart is relatief klein, maar wat erop staat… de perfectie nabij. Klassiekers waar je als foodie intens gelukkig van wordt. Top wijnen. De bediening is zonder meer uitermate charmant en Antwerps hartelijk, waardoor je het gevoel krijgt bij vrienden te gaan eten. Ik hoop oprecht dat dit soort restaurants voor eeuwig zullen blijven bestaan. Culinair erfgoed.
